Bramble History
The Bramble, created in the 1980s by Dick Bradsell at Fred’s Club in London, quickly became a modern classic. Inspired by the hedgerow fruits of his childhood, Bradsell combined gin, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup, and blackberry liqueur to create a cocktail that balances tart and sweet flavours perfectly. The Bramble reflects a blend of innovation and nostalgia, making it a beloved staple in contemporary cocktail culture.
